REFUNDS

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return if you did not receive the item or if you receive an item that does not match the description. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. Returns are time sensitive and must be made within 14 days from the order date. After 14 days, we regret to inform you that no returns will be accepted. This is only applicable to orders that require the return of merchandise.


EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. We ask that you place a new order for the appropriate item.

Please note that all items are final sale and are not eligible for a return. Kartell reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
